US now has more coronavirus cases than either China or Italy
The total number of cases in the U.S. reached 85,996 Friday moring, eclipsing China’s 81,894 cases and Italy’s 80,589, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.
With 37,258 confirmed cases as of Thursday morning, New York state accounts for nearly half of all cases in the U.S., according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

UK says Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus
The United Kingdom said Friday that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for the new coronavirus.
We traded from 2402.25 at 8:30 a.m. EST yesterday, as we got jobless claims of 3.3 million, up to a high of 2634.50 last night after the close. That represents a 232.25 point move or 9.67% higher in under 12 hours.
The recent low of 2174 in the ES was made Sunday night right when the futures opened and traded limit-down. The S&P rebounded 460.5 points higher from that low, or 21.18% - a remarkable move from Sunday night to Thursday night in the S&P Futures.
ES Futures have now traded back almost 100 points from last night's high, trading at 2535 as of 7:30 a.m. EST - a 99.5 point retracement or 3.78%. Volatility seems like it's going nowhere anytime soon. We do have a 2-way market now, which is a good environment for traders.
