Gold: $1,852.30 | Silver: $21.75  | Oil: $77.48  | Note: $110.31  | Dollar: $104.658 Market Analysis 03-03-23 The Dow closed up 341.73 at 33,003.57 with 956 million vs. 1.009 billion shares traded the previous day. The NASDAQ closed down 83.50 at 11,462.98 with 5.317 vs. 4.911 billion shares traded the previous day. The SPX closed up 29.96 at 3,981.35. The Broad Market The Dow, NASDAQ, NDX 100 and the SPX rejected lower prices.  The volume was higher in the NDX 100 and the NASDAQ as they traded to a lower low then rejected lower price. When you go to lower low with volume and reject lower price you will be right back downtown. The 10 Year Note is trading up 15 ticks at $110.31 while the 30 Year Bond is trading up one point and 10 ticks at $124.13. They both are trading higher with volume contracting. They continue to want lower price and higher yield. The Dollar is trading down 365 ticks at $124.13. This is looking to trade to the $106.00 to $107.00 area. The Gold Contract is trading up $12.80 at $1,853.30. This is trading higher with volume contracting. The Gold contract is looking to trade down to $1,781.00. I expect we will see the Dollar reject lower price today and start moving higher once again . The S&P futures are trading up 21.50 points. I expect high volatility with the market giving it up on price as we move through the trading day. Equity Positions and Charts We shorted NVDA (Nvidia) yesterday at $235.66 or better. This closed at $233.14. The stop is $241.49. This traded higher. I expect a bit higher price on the open then a give up on price as we come into the close.
