Rocket Equities & Options Report 10-12-20
Monday Report - October 12, 2020
The S&P is now up more than 5% from the lows it had last Tuesday when President Trump tweeted that stimulus talks were over, and the Index is now up almost 10% from the lows it made at 3,198 on September 24th. 3,551 is the projected AB=CD of this most recent run, which gets the Index within about 1% of all-time highs.

Gold
Gold had a nice bounce last week and has continued to trade higher after hitting its .382 retracement level.

DIS
Disney has now traded back above its gap of $123.37. We will look for Disney to get back inside its uptrend channel. Disney continue to struggle in the short term, having to push back movie releases and survive with decreased capacity at their parks, but we remain very bullish of their long term prospects with direct to consumer Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ products.

STZ
Constellation traded up nicely last week. They were helped by the bump CGC and all cannabis stocks got from the VP debate when Kamala Harris talked about decriminalizing marijuana. STZ is now well above it's gap from July 1st. We will look for STZ to get back inside its uptrend channels. This could be the beginning of the run for cannabis stocks.

UBER
Uber once again traded up to its recent highs and has trailed off a bit this morning. We want to see it trade above the recent highs with volume. Uber announced they will report earnings November 5th.

The banks kick off earnings this week. Stay tuned for updates as the week progresses.
